摘要: By virtue of high affinity Gadolinium(III) with fluoride, a novel MRI/fluorescence bimodal probe was prepared by self-assembly Gd(III) based contrast agent the coumarin-based fluorophore (CL). Upon addition fluoride ion (F-) to aqueous solution EDTA-Gd(III)-CL, replacement coordination CL occurs, realizing switch-on both longitudinal relaxivity (r(1)) and fluorescence responses, simultaneously. The detection limit for ions established at 0.15 mu M. EDTA-Gd(III)-CL features favorable selectivity towards F- fluorescence, reliability physiological pH allow its potential application in biomedical diagnosis fields. (C) 2017 Elsevier Ltd.
