摘要: A rhodamine-based copper complex as a selective, sensitive turn-on fluorescent chemosensor for NO/histidine has been developed. conspicuous fluorescence enhancement was observed in the presence of nitric oxide/histidine. The probe specific towards NO over other reactive oxygen species and nitrogen species. showed selective with histidine; naturally occurring amino acids did not result enhancement. EPR ESIMS studies clearly that NO-induced reduction ions leads to viability imaging oxide histidine living cells demonstrated by means confocal laser scanning microscopy experiments.
