摘要: Antibodies are engineered by replacing one or more amino acids of a parent antibody with non cross-linked, highly reactive cysteine acids. Antibody fragments may also be to form (ThioFab). Methods design, preparation, screening, and selection the antibodies provided. Cysteine (Ab) conjugated zirconium complex (Z) labels through linker (L) zirconium-labeled conjugates having Formula I: where p is 1 4. Imaging methods diagnostic uses for zirconium-radiolabeled, conjugate compositions disclosed.
