摘要: Six protein-degrading bacteria were isolated from digestive organ of Harmonia axyridis. These isolates categorized as Staphylococcus sciuri subsp. (3 strains), Bacillus subtilis (1 strain), and thuringiensis (2 strains) by 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis. The sp. CB2-3 was selected a protease-producing bacterium which showed the highest protease activity 58.5 U/ml at pH 5.0 medium. optimal temperature , respectively.
