摘要: By incubating bacteria from the gut of termite, Nasutitermes takasagoensis, in a culture medium containing ligninic compound, direct evidence that lignin-biodegradation occurs termites was obtained. The were capable degrading compounds. 28% dealkalized lignin degraded and dimer compounds, which have linkage proper to lignin, such as β-O-4, β-1, phenylcoumarane biphenyl bonds, by 60 % 95 %.
