摘要: Resume Les auteurs rapportent l’observation d’une femme de 69 ans insuffisante renale chronique stade 5. La survenue d’un etat denutrition a contribue l’indication la mise en dialyse. Le mode renutrition et surveillance nutritionnelle sont discutes au cours son evolution marquee notamment par un episode catabolique intense.
