摘要: The success of total knee replacement surgery depends on several factors, including proper patient selection, appropriate implant design, correct surgical technique, and effective peri-operative care. outcome is particularly sensitive to variations in technique [1, 2, 8, 12, 13, 16–19, 35, 43, 45]. Incorrect positioning or orientation implants improper alignment the limb can lead accelerated wear loosening sub-optimal functional performance. A number studies have suggested that errors greater than three degrees are associated with more rapid failure less satisfactory results arthroplasties [2, 3, 9,11,14, 20, 24, 27, 30, 31, 36–38, 44,46].
