摘要: Abstract The dross appearing at the surface of an aluminium melt consists, in addition to aluminium, mainly oxide films but also other non-metallic inclusions. inclusion particles are often poorly wetted by metal and accumulate surface. However, impeller stirred reactors for refining, stirring may be exceedingly strong, inclusions accumulated entrained into bulk metal. Concerning removal, such effects deteriorate effectiveness refining. entrainment buoyant a water model refining reactor is investigated.
