摘要: Interaction of molecular transitions two fluorophores—fluorescein (FL) and safranin O (SAF)—with the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) inside a water/sodium dioctylsulfosuccinate (AOT)/n-heptane reverse micelle (RM) has been studied using ultraviolet–visible fluorescence spectroscopies. Here, we exploit natural capacity RM to act simultaneously as template for nanoparticle formation host fluorophores. The fluorophores reducing agent were loaded together into water pool; thereafter, salt was added, subsequently, spectral modification size evolution monitored by steady-state time-resolved optical spectroscopy. In FL–AgNP composite, SPR band AgNPs undergoes strong red shift. Moreover, significant modifications both intensity lifetime FL found when formed core. On contrary, in SAF–AgNP no such effect noticed, composite system re...
