摘要: Water-soluble, highly fluorescent double-layered silica nanoparticles (FL-DLSN) have been successfully synthesized through a reverse (water-in-oil) microemulsion method. The was prepared by mixing surfactant (Brij35), co-surfactant, organic solvent, water, and fluorescein as an fluorophore. sizes of the were controlled in using Brij35 changing water-to-Brij35 ratio adding HCl. Initially, tetraethylorthosilicate hydrolyzed NH4OH catalyst then polymerized to generate core with fluorescein. 3-(Aminopropyl)triethoxysilane (APTS) sequentially added into reaction mixture, reacted on surface pre-generated form second layer shell. that derived from condensation APTS effectively protected dye within matrix. This is novel simple synthetic approach fluorescent, monodispersed doping molecules
