摘要: Here we report the preparation of a novel multifunctional core−shell nanocomposite material that contains nonporous dye-doped silica core and mesoporous shell containing photosensitizer molecules, hematoporphyrin (HP). This architecture allows simultaneous fluorescence imaging photosensitization treatment. The molecules are covalently linked to exhibit excellent photo-oxidation efficiency. efficiency hybrid nanoparticles was demonstrated be significantly improved over in homogeneous solution. nanovehicle acts not only as carrier for photosensitizers but also nanoreactor facilitate reaction. doping dyes into endows capability, which has been with cell experiments. approach could easily extended conjugate other functional regents if necessary.
