摘要: Governments and clients expect contractors to utilise BIM for construction maintenance purposes at higher level of details. However, the process implementation is not as quick it was expected looks some have used all, or do use projects. This justifies an urgent study on adoption identify drivers key factors influencing contractorsao» decision. Many studies focus exploring advances, its applications individual matters acceptance. less effort has been made investigate impacts organizationsao» intention considering performance value their support implementation. Therefore, this aims that affect organization regarding perceived needs, organizational ease operation. Quantitative qualitative information are collected through survey face-to-face interview in Chinese Australian organizations. Structural equation modelling analysis quantify relationships between influential organizationao»s towards utilization. Analysis results indicate aoOBIM Awarenessao», aoOPerceived Needsao», aoOOrganizational Supportao», aoODown Timeao» four critical acceptance Moreover, provides insight challenges industries.
