摘要: The advantages and problems of the application actively excited fluorescence in natural phytoplankton analysis are discussed. focus is made to a correct prediction pigment concentrations by data. results high resolution mapping chlorophylls phycobilins Gotland Basin (Baltic Sea) during Cyanobacterial blooms 1997 1998 presented. Dynamical spatial maps pigments were registered on line with flow-through spectrofluorimeter FLUO-IMAGER shipboard laser remote sensing spectrometer FLS-S. Characteristic patterns distribution study area their evolution time Field studies confirmed that spectrofluorimetry can be effectively used diagnose tasks bloom detection, development photosyntheti c pigments. Considering monitoring large water areas or temporary processes spot area, most productive way balanced combination continuous measurements sampling procedures, which allows decrease time-consuming manual samples laboratory.
