摘要: Using the most recent energy and other statistical data, we have estimated annual trends in China's greenhouse gas emissions for period 1990 to 2000. The authors of this [Policy Forum][1] calculate that COemissions declined by 7.3% between 1996 2000, while CHemissions 2.2% 1997 These reductions were due a combination reforms, economic restructuring, forestry policies, slowdown. effects these emission changes on global mean temperatures are compared with concurrent two aerosol species, sulfate black carbon.
