摘要: Using DNA-cellulose affinity chromatography and either 3H-labeled dihydrotestosterone, testosterone, or estradiol, we qualitatively quantitatively analyzed the androgen- estrogen-binding activities present in four regions of male female ferret brain at prenatal, early late neonatal, adult ages. The cytosolic all ages studied were similar both sexes exhibited characteristics which resemble those androgen estrogen receptors from other species, including rodents nonhuman primates. A developmental analysis indicated that high levels hypothalamus-preoptic area as 5 days before birth. significant, transient decline concentrations (approximately 5-fold) occurred anterior mediobasal hypothalamus 12 age males females; this phenomenon has not been observed any species to date. ontogeny correlates with known ability acting over postnatal 20, cause coital masculinization ferrets, whereas dip estradiol receptor inability defeminization receptive behavior species.
