摘要: Pharmacology neuroimaging studies suggest that certain class of drugs, such as cholinergics and GABAergics have specific, receptor-mediated actions on arousal cognition. In human studies, altered cognition by affecting sensory association cortical areas. animals, high-resolution showed cholinergic GABAergic agents seem to affect the subcortical nuclei reticular formation in midbrain thalamus. Hence, similar neuronal networks seems underlie effects structurally different drugs memory.
