摘要: This study proposes the promotion of environmental protection education among communities as a solution to serious problems high energy consumption and carbon emissions around world. Environmental has direct lasting influences on everyone in society; therefore, it is helpful our fight against many caused by consumption. In this study, Delphi method fuzzy logic theory are used develop quantizing assessment model based qualitative analysis. can be assess results community residents’ participation green development. addition, provide references for governing authorities their decision making development policies.
