摘要: The development of diabetic microangiopathy is preceded by functional changes in microcirculation. Capturing them at an early stage can improve patients prognosis. microcirculation the skin relatively easy to assess. There a number non-invasive meth- ods which be used for these purposes. This study contains brief description currently available methods evaluation. These methods, supplemented provocative tests reflect - ing vascular reactivity, allow assessment blood vessels people with diabetes. (Diabet. Klin. 2014; 3, 5: 190-197)
