摘要: Abstract The optical band-gap (Eo ) and thermal diffusivity (α) of bulk Ge7-5AsxTe92-x (x = 20, 40, 45, 50, 55) Ge10AsxTe90-x (x= 15, 35, 50) glasses have been determined by the photoacoustic spectroscopy technique. behaviour Eo a explained on basis network topology, in terms mean coordination number 〈r〉. α values both sets show subtle features at 〈r〉 2.6 indicating occurrence threshold this value
