Electrical conductivity studies on families of glasses of the GeSbSe system

摘要: Abstract Conductivity studies on two families of glasses the GeSbSe system with general formulas Ge x Sb 15 Se 85 − and 5 95 are reported. These results along our earlier data 10 90− family confirm that observed dependence T g , σ ΔE composition for each can be qualitatively explained basis a chemically ordered network arrangement wherein structural units GeSe 2 3 dispersed among excess or Se. At any temperature, conductivity compositions (GeSe ) 1− C (Sb > 0.12, expressed as s = 1 exp[− m (1− )] where is at temperature dependent parameter fractional content in glasses. A reversal trend, which shows an increase decrease increasing antimony compositions, has been lower than about 8 at.%.
