摘要: AbstractBrain tumors represent the most common solid neoplasms in children. Whereas mainstay of morphologic diagnosis rests on recognition cellular characteristics using conventional lightinicroscopic and ultrastructural techniques, recent advances immunohistochemistry, tumor kinetics, karyotyping, molecular genetic studies have widened spectrum diagnostic modalities. In this review, a comprehensive approach to brain is presented. Besides addressing contribution morphology, immunodiagnosis analysis, various approaches predict biologic behavior grading application tools will also be summarized. (The J Histotechnol 20:347, 1997)
