摘要: The purposes of this study was to evaluate the protective action nanomolar concentrations an anthocyanin rich fraction separated from chokeberry, against oxidative stress induced by high doses glucose (50 and 100 mM) in pancreatic β-cells. Using different (from 0.2 3 nM), we evaluated its role mouse β-cells (TC-3), measuring viability, intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels glutathione. Our results indicate scavenging effect chokeberry anthocyanins 1.5 when on ROS species, which were quenched, according decrease DCF fluorescence.
