摘要: The application of thin layer and analytical liquid chromatography to the analysis two samples commercial soybean lecithins is described. A combination column quantitative showed that these products consisted ca. 82% mixture major phospholipids soybeans, phosphatidyl choline, ethanolamine, inositol. remainder contained essentially entire spectrum lipid classes found in oil-some 24 known unknown glycolipids phospholipids, addition neutral lipids. Applications gave a composition profile comparable two-dimensional chromatography. potential this method for complete complex lipids, such as lecithins, indicated.
