摘要: The 100 Mb Caenorhabditis elegans genome sequence is the first animal to be sequenced in its entirety. Many reverse-genetics tools have been developed mine and facilitate jump between identification of a gene understanding function. Here we discuss how C. can contribute function genes involved human development disease.
