摘要: In this paper, we discuss the phenomenon of a spontaneous polarization neutral hard planar interface for valence asymmetric Coulombic systems. Within field theoretical description, account existence nontrivial charge density and electric potential profiles. The analysis shows that effect is related to combinatorics in relation with two independent species cations anions. This simple basic feature quantum mechanical properties system. results are compared numerical simulations data shown be very good agreement, which fortiori justifies our physical interpretation.
