摘要: Drowning is a cause of accidental mortality. However, survival may result in acute lung injury. The aim the present study was to evaluate effects 3,5,4'-tri-O-acetylresveratrol (AC-Res) on injury (ALI) induced by seawater inhalation rats. ALI models were established tracheal instillation artificial with or without 50 mg/kg AC-Res pretreatment for 7 days. Lung samples from different groups harvested 4 h after model established. Histological changes, blood vessel permeability, inflammatory factor secretion and expression states nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) inducible NOS (i-NOS) pathway assessed seawater‑induced protective acetylated resveratrol. results showed that inspiration led physiological structure changes an increased permeability vessels. In addition, stimulation enhanced levels nitric oxide (NO), tumor necrosis α (TNF-α) interleukin-1 β (IL-1β) vitro vivo. Notably, NF-κB i-NOS lungs cells. On other hand, inhibited abnormal pathways, followed decreased NO, TNF-α IL-1β secretion, protein cell content bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) Evans blue, infiltration vessels into tissues. therefore suggest attenuated induced‑ALI interfering pathways.
