摘要: Abstract Present study deals with the optimization of on-line solid phase extraction Cu2 + using calix[4]arene based silica resin by assessment central composite design response surface methodology. The immobilized was characterized FT-IR and SEM techniques. data obtained from experimental program used to model parameters that significantly affect on extraction. variables chosen were metal ion concentration, pH, temperature. Second-order quadratic approximate effect efficiency. Furthermore, suggested also validated analysis variance. predicted values in good agreement results, suggesting proficient application as an economical alternative acquire maximum amount information for modeling little number experiments. Additionally, different concentrations analyzed Freundlich, Langmuir, D-R isotherms, Scatchard plot analysis. results Langmuir isotherm best fit R2 0.99, energy calculated 15.14 KJ/mol chemical force is involved sorption process. method its linearity, accuracy, precision.
