Interrelationship Composition-Structure-Nonlinear Optical Properties in Aluminate Crystals

摘要: The relation “composition-structure-property” for a set of >100 simple and binary noncentrosymmetric aluminate crystals is considered. These are distributed on the plane shortest metal-oxygen chemical bond lengths over an area, covered by rosette three ellipses. distribution ferroelastic paraelastic aluminates having measurable level nonlinear optical susceptibility different. It shown that small part trigonal monoclinic aluminum-bearing borates phosphates possess noticeable χ(2) only polar related to aluminum iodate family characterized pronounced level.
