摘要: Differential cross sections for neutron scattering from the /sup 182,183,184,186/W isotopes have been measured at an incident energy of 3.4 MeV. Angular distributions obtained elastic and inelastic to first second excited levels four isotopes. Nuclear deformations extracted these nuclei a coherent analysis which combines data presented here with low properties total over wide range. The coupled-channel compound nucleus formalisms were used in this analysis. Volume integrals root-mean-square radii optical model potential are compared theoretical predictions Jeukenne, Lejeune, Mahaux. In addition, quadrupole hexadecapole moments our deduced deuteron alpha-particle measurements experimental charge distribution moments. Finally, matter rms estimated new Hartree-Fock-Bogolyubov calculations involving Gogny's D1 effective force.
