摘要: Pancreatic cystic neoplasms are discovered with increasing frequency. Accurate knowledge of the natural history is crucial to develop useful and cost-effective strategies for surveillance surgical resection. To date, still incomplete due lack adequate diagnostic accuracy in absence pathology. Nevertheless, current evidence points risk factors malignant transformation help clinical management.
