摘要: Pancreatic cystic neoplasms are discovered with increasing frequency. Accurate knowledge of the natural history is crucial to develop useful and cost-effective strategies for surveillance surgical resection. To date, still incomplete due lack adequate diagnostic accuracy in absence pathology. Nevertheless, current evidence points risk factors malignant transformation help clinical management. New biomarkers that accurately distinguish cyst those most likely progress cancer would clarify neoplasms.
