摘要: Macrophages (MΦs) are key players in the immune and inflammatory responses. They become rapidly activated by presence of pathogens, apoptotic cells debris, which is followed digestion respective particle. In addition, MΦs involved initiation response healing process. Mediators synthesized secreted also control function different cell types either close proximity or remote locations. Recently, heat shock proteins (Hsp) have been found to modulate MΦ function. Hsp that appear circulation after stress as result lysis secretion activate MΦs. A better understanding role may provide new directions development therapeutic approaches for treatment inflammation, injury other diseases. this review, we attempt an overview on MΦ. possible applications
