摘要: One of the main triggers climate change is consumption fossil derivative fuel to satisfy energy need, and also it clearly known that future supply limited. That why, finding using alternative, sustainable, renewable, eco-friendly sources are inevitable fight reduce global warming. Biomass a well-known renewable material for production called as biofuels. There some limitations utilize biomass effectively, because structure their molecular forms. For this very reason, pretreatment pathways increase sugar concentration potential bioconversion attempted in study. Two different methods, i.e., hydrogen peroxide acid, were applied biomass, which case duckweed, taken from artificial pond at Nigde, Turkey. In order determine important factors processes, Plackett–Burman design was used. Chemicals dosages, timing, temperature, solid ratio, mesh size identified methodology obtain interested results. Box–Behnken statistical method make optimization chosen factorial design. Consequently, test indicated acid showed slightly better results than application per total concentration, 0.60 0.48 g/L, respectively.
