摘要: Abstract Background High quality chest compressions is the most significant factor related to improved short-term and long-term outcome in cardiac arrest. However, considerable controversy exists over mechanisms involved driving blood flow. Objectives The aim of this systematic review elucidate major effective compression-mediated flow during adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Design setting Systematic studies identified from bibliographic databases PubMed/Medline, Cochrane, Scopus. Selection criteria All human animal including information on responsible compression-related Data collection analysis: Two reviewers (MG, TX) independently screened all potentially relevant titles abstracts for eligibility, by using a standardized data-worksheet. Main results Forty seven met inclusion criteria. Because heterogeneity measures, quantitative synthesis evidence was not feasible. Evidence critically synthesized order answer questions, taking into account study validity. number included per category as follows: compression, nine studies; decompression, six effect compression cerebral flow, eight active compression–decompression CPR, 14 ventilation 13 studies. Conclusion so far inconclusive regarding mechanism Although both ‘cardiac pump’ ‘thoracic have key role, each highly depended other parameters, such positive pressure depth.
