摘要: Aflatoxicol (AFL) and aflatoxins B1 M1 were found in tissues (kidney, liver, muscle) of feeder pigs given an estimated LD50 oral dose (1.0 mg/kg body weight) provided as a rice culture Aspergillus flavus market-weight fed naturally contaminated feed, containing aflatoxin at level 400 ng/g from corn, for 14 days. The residues all decreased with time after treatment both groups, no detectable (approximate detection limits, ng/g, 0.03, 0.05, AFL 0.01) pig the feeding experiment 24 h withdrawal aflatoxin-contaminated feed. M1, when experiment, about same levels except kidney, which was dominant aflatoxin. AFL, detected, 10% level.
