摘要: This study was undertaken to relate quantitatively the aflatoxin residue found in eggs and tissues intake via feed. Eighteen hens were fed an B1 (B1)-contaminated feed (8 micrograms/g) for 7 days, after which half group sacrificed; remainder sacrificed additional days on aflatoxin-free diet. Eggs collected over entire 14-day period. Aflatoxicol (R0), B1, or both (kidneys, liver, muscle, blood, ova). Aflatoxin M1 (M1) (.04 .1 ng/g) only kidneys. Levels of R0 approximately same eggs, ova, kidneys, liver. In levels (.02 .2 increased steadily 4 5 time plateaued then decreased withdrawal at rate as they had increased. At withdrawal, trace amounts (.01 remained eggs. All tissues, except from immediately before contained .4 .8 ng/g). The (.03 .11 detected (.05 .07 blood. Seven (.08 one nine livers .04 eight muscles analyzed, but no aflatoxins any other tissues.
