摘要: Abstract Two novel and simple methods for post-elution concentration (PEC) of 188Re-perrhenate, using (i) a single diethyl amino ethyl (DEAE) cellulose anion exchanger column (ii) combination Dowex-1×8 AgCl columns, are described here. In the first system, 20–25 ml 188Re-perrhenate in acidic ammonium acetate was trapped small DEAE which subsequently recovered 4 ml normal saline. second method, eluate 20–40 ml saline on strong base column, Dowex-1×8, 5 ml 0.2 M NaI solution finally processed over 1 g so as to obtain it physiological final volume 6.5 ml including 1.5 ml de-ionized water washings. both methods, radiochemical purity >98% 188W breakthrough less than 10−3%.
