摘要: We report on the preparation and evaluation of a large size (jumbo) alumina column (∼40 g, 90 x 20 mm) chromatographic generator post-elution concentration 99Tcm using single weak anion exchanger. The was eluted with ∼40 ml modified salt buffer solution 1:1 v/v 0.025 M or 0.05 NH 4 OAc:0.7 AcOH. This eluate then passed through small DEAE cellulose, common exchanger, to trap 99 Tc m O - , which recovered by elution in 6 normal saline. amounts 5- 7-fold increase radioactive (RAC) when compared RAC direct saline from same jumbo generator. overall yield range 70-90%. Mo breakthrough 10 -3 -10 -4 %, radiochemical purity > 98%, chemical purity, terms Al content, <10 ppm each. compatibility pertechnetate obtained this method for preparing labelled formulations such as Tc-MDP -ethyl cysteinate dimer found be satisfactory. These promising results open up feasibility (n,y) adsorbed (40-60 g) relatively more user-friendly source comparison methyl ethyl ketone extraction, producer-friendly process zirconium molybdate gel method.
