摘要: ABSTRACTIntroduction: Since late 1990’s therapy of metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) patients has changed considerable, and the combination doublet or triplet chemotherapy a targeted agent are now routinely used. With introduction more intensified regimens, it become even important to identify that will benefit from can tolerate therapy. Furthermore, increasing understanding biology mCRC led discovery new potential targets.
