摘要: We prospectively evaluated the contribution of 99mTc-HMPAO SPECT in patients who have sustained acute, mild or moderate head trauma Methods: Forty-two formed first subgroup (ModTr) and 25 second (MilTr). All 67 underwent an initial (Tinit) within 4 wk after a closed cranial trauma. After mean interval 3 mo from time Tinit, all were clinically re-evaluated; those with abnormal Tinit repeat (Trpt) as well. studies visually graded by agreement three observers adjudging score ranging 0 (no lesions) to 4. Results: For group whole (ModTr + MilTr), following results could be derived: (1) 32/33 negative cases, clinical symptoms had resolved; (2)the positive predictive value was only 20/34 (59%);(3) sensitivity for 19/20 (95%). Conclusion: Our show that: alterations correlate well severity trauma; (2) study is reliable predictor favorable outcome; (3) cases SPECT, follow-up consisting combination data necessary; (4) suffering postconcussive symptoms, offers instrument objectivate sequalae.
