摘要: Abstract The configuration of the reverse logistics network is a complex problem comprising determination optimal sites and capacities collection centers, inspection remanufacturing facilities, and/or recycling plants. In this paper, we propose profit maximization modeling framework for design problems. We present mixed-integer linear programming formulation that flexible to incorporate most structures plausible in practice. order consider possibility making future adjustments allow gradual changes structure multi-period setting. multi-commodity use bill materials capture component commonality among different products have flexibility all means tackling product returns. proposed general justified by case study context washing machines tumble dryers Germany. conduct extensive parametric scenario analysis illustrate potential benefits using dynamic model as opposed its static counterpart, also derive number managerial insights.
