摘要: The importance of reverse logistics is evident in various industries. benefits and product recoveryhave also been highlighted previous theoretical investigations. motivations its implementation are generally divided into legal, economic socio-environmental factors. One the crucial components a system return channels. success other especially recovery operations depends on performance Although numerousinvestigations channels have carried out, research some critical aspects remains wanting. This study presents review that highlights this deficiency; depicts latest development channels, relevant decisions making issues direction for future research. emphasizes collection methods drop-off, pick-up mail as main avenues largely neglected At end study, we propose new closed-loop network propositions.
