摘要: The effect of nonmuscle actin ADP-ribosylated by botulinum C2 toxin on the polymerization was investigated in order to clarify whether is converted into a capping protein ADP-ribosylation. found decrease rate filaments which are free at both ends. turned out have no or extent pointed ends barbed were capped gelsolin. monomer concentration reached final stage similar critical filaments. results suggest that acts as binds inhibit polymerization.
