摘要: The cytoplasm of eukaryotic cells contains a highly organized cytoskeleton. Motility and morphological changes appear to depend on the Assembly, disassembly cytoskeleton translocation constituents underlie motility shape cells. main are microtubules, microfilaments intermediate filaments. These filamentous structures composed protein molecules which associate in regular defined manner. In many types it could be demonstrated that turnover is regulated by extracellular signals. For instance, thrombin stimulation leads rapid formation platelets [1]. During last years proteins microfilament system have been isolated characterized. interactions investigated order understand regulation assembly. classified according their mode action actin filaments represent (Fig. 1) [2].
