摘要: Celiac disease (gluten sensitive enteropathy) is a condition affecting the small bowel, characterized by permanent intolerance to dietary gluten, and giving rise varying degrees of malabsorption diarrhea. With advent screening tests, being increasingly diagnosed. more common in Irish those descent. Simoons (1978, 1981) hypothesized that present-day prevalence celiac across Europe related interaction between genetic gradients, largely determined advance agriculture, historical patterns cereal ingestion.
