摘要: Educating undergraduate nurses in the 21st century provides some very realistic challenges. Decreased government health budgets, increased student numbers and higher patient acuities have resulted a reduction availability quality of clinical placements. Simulated nursing practice is an innovative strategy designed to address these concerns. A simulation programme was for first year students help prepare them placement. The aim this research assess perspectives learning from newly introduced programme. This study descriptive design with Kolb's experiential theory providing theoretical framework. 158 taking part four day chose complete questionnaire on completion. Students responded five statements using likert scale categories developed refined remaining questions. reported significant areas basic skills documentation collaborative care. 100% recommended continue.
