Household behaviour and attitudes with respect to recycling food waste – experiences from focus groups

摘要: It is a challenge to reduce the ever-increasing flow of waste. In Norway systems for recycling organic waste, paper, glass, metals, etc. differ between municipalities, both with regard organizational and technological structures. Our hypothesis that people's attitudes behaviour may different waste management. People's regarding (organic) were investigated in two municipalities differing technical organisational systems. Data came from interviews municipal employees, questionnaires, focus groups multi-criteria mapping. People seem be better informed more positive about one (MH, which has waste) than other (MS, no such recycling).
