摘要: Gramene (http://www.gramene.org) is a comparative genome mapping database for grasses and community resource rice. Rice, in addition to being an economically important crop, also model monocot understanding other agronomically grass genomes. replaces the existing AceDB ‘RiceGenes’ with relational based on Oracle. provides curated integrative information about maps, sequence, genes, genetic markers, mutants, QTLs, controlled vocabularies publications. Its aims are use rice genetic, physical sequence maps as fundamental organizing units, provide common denominator moving from one crop another serve portal interconnecting web-based resources. This paper describes initial steps we have taken towards realizing these goals.
