摘要: The bulk of variation at the nucleotide level is often not visible phenotypic level. However, this can be exploited using molecular genetic marker systems. Molecular markers represent one most powerful tools for genome analysis and permit association heritable traits with underlying genomic variation. technology has developed rapidly over last decade, development high-throughput genotyping methods availability large amounts sequence data automated discovery. Two forms based marker, Simple Sequence Repeats (SSRs), also known as microsatellites, Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) are principal currently applied in modern analysis. This supplemented anonymous systems such Amplified Fragment Length (AFLPs; Vos et al. 1995), Diversity Array Technology (DArT; Jaccoud 2001). reducing cost DNA sequencing led to sets that enable mining markers, SSRs SNPs, which may then diversity analysis, trait mapping, studies, assisted selection.
