摘要: The potential of a three-way randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) procedure (RAPD typing) for typing Salmonella enterica strains assigned to 12 serotypes was analyzed. series organisms used included 235 (326 isolates) collected mainly from clinical samples in the Principality Asturias and 9 reference strains. RAPD performed directly with broth cultures bacteria by using three selected primers optimized PCR conditions. profiles obtained were define types evaluate as method at species serotype levels. typeability 100%; reproducibility vitro stability could be considered good. concordance methods serotyping 100%, but some two different serotypes. discrimination index (DI) within 0.94, DI Typhimurium, Enteritidis, Virchow 0.72, 0.52, 0.66, respectively. Within these most common differentiated into phage vice versa; combining identified procedures resulted further (DI, 0.96, 0.74, 0.87, respectively). efficiency, rapidity, flexibility support conclusion that it can tool identifying is complementary methods.
