摘要: Protein inhibitor of activated STAT3 (PIAS3) functions in vivo as a key molecule suppressing the transcriptional activity both microphthalmia transcription factor (MITF) and STAT3, two factors that play major role development, phenotypic expression, survival mast cells melanocytes.
